Hello Climbers,
As some of you know, we have moved to Wisconsin! Unfortunately, our move didn’t go a smoothly as we had planned, and we are behind. We both were sick for over a month, and since it is just the two of us, that alone is a huge setback. There were also some unexpected building, and supply chain issues. To top it off, prior to becoming sick, we thought our phone carrier had forwarded our calls. We did not realize that this can take up to a month, so we sincerely apologize for all the communication issues. We have always held ourselves to high level of customer service, and we have failed on several occasions. Not because we don’t care about our customers, but we understand the optics and sincerely apologize. We’re working on the shoes and will get them out to everyone as soon as possible.

Once you submit the form, you’ll get a confirmation email, however, you do not need to wait for this email in order to send your shoes. This email is manned by a human, it’s not automated, so please allow 24 hours for a response, possibly slightly longer on weekends and holidays. We primarily use this email to answer questions submitted on the order form, so again, you do not need to wait. Send in your shoes to the address on the website. Please include your name and phone number/email in the package with the shoes. Tyvek (plastic) envelopes are free at the post office, and work well for shipping a single pair of shoes, possibly two pairs if they’re smaller. Please do not use the paper envelopes, as they tear during shipping. Also, any box will work. You don’t need the specific USPS ones when mailing shoes. We accept shipments from all carriers.
2. Wait for us to process your order
After we have received your shoes, we will evaluate your shoes and contact you with an estimate. We WILL NOT start work without your approval and payment on the work to be completed. We will email a payment link with your invoice to you.
3. Pay the invoice & wait for the shoes
We will start work on the shoes once your payment goes through. After we have completed the repair, we will contact you with a tracking number when the shoes are on the way! Please only include the address you want the shoes shipped back to on your order form. Current turnaround averages 3-4 weeks. Please contact us ahead if you need them by a specific date!
